عملية الطلب

• يُرجى مراجعة الطلب (اللون والمقاس) قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.
• بعد إتمام الطلب، سيتم التواصل لتأكيده عبر واتساب.
• لتأكيد الطلب، يجب دفع **30%** من إجمالي المبلغ كدفعة مقدمة.
  (لا يتم تأكيد الطلب إلا بعد تحويل الدفعة المقدمة.)
• يتم تسليم الطلب خلال **7 إلى 12 يومًا** من تاريخ التأكيد.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

• يُسمح بمعاينة المنتج فقط في وجود المندوب عند الاستلام.
• الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع متاح فقط في الحالات التالية:
• وجود عيب في المنتج.
• المنتج لا يطابق الصورة.

Order Process

• Please review your order details (color and size) before completing the purchase.
• After placing your order, confirmation will be done through WhatsApp.
• A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the order.
  (Orders are only confirmed after the deposit has been transferred.)
• Your order will be delivered within 7 to 12 days from the confirmation date.

Exchange & Return Policy

• Inspection of the item is only allowed in the presence of the courier.
• Exchange or return is available only in the following cases:
• The item has a defect.
• The item does not match the picture.
